Spoonscribe: I'm a registered nurse currently working in the field of behavioral health. On my days off, and when I'm not inundated with other stuff, I spend most of my time in my kitchen, indulging in what I enjoy the most---cooking! I love to concoct my own recipes, experiment with different flavors and textures, it's what keeps me going. I'm adventurous when it comes to food, open to different cultural flavor palettes and regional peculiarities. I certainly imbibe what flavor fusions have to offer. I relish the idea of whipping up something gloriously scrumptious practically out of nothing. It's delectably appealing to savor the unexpected--perhaps a hint of rosemary here, the subtle allure of vanilla there or the intense burst of anise as it hits your tastebuds. Cooking truly is inspiring, seductive, invigorating. Exotic tastes of spices intrigue me; fragrant culinary aromas entice me; the irresistible niceties that herbs bring to heighten any dish captivates me.
